if the cheat does not work

I have a very strange Windows and some cheats give me a blue screen. If after buying the cheat, it doesn't work even though my PC has all the requirements to work, what are the conditions to get my money back?

If you constantly BSOD on multiple cheats, you might have a corrupted Windows installation and might need to reinstall your OS or disable all your programs on startup that could be interfering.
